Julie Sayer is the co-assistant director of assessment at ILD.  She is a school psychologist who conducts comprehensive neuropsychological assessments, school consultations, and parent education. Julie is a nationally certified school psychologist who received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Child Development at Connecticut College and her advanced degree from Tufts University. Julie has worked as a research assistant in the pediatric psychopharmacology unit at Massachusetts General Hospital. In graduate school, she continued to pursue her research interests as an intern at the Research Institute for Learning and Development (ResearchILD). Following her graduate degree, Julie worked as a school psychologist and team chairperson in the public schools. Her special interests include working with children with learning and attention problems, and helping parents navigate the special education process in public schools.
